Having spent 12.5 years working in SEO before launching Withfrontier, I’ve accumulated experience across content, technical SEO and what is now commonly referred to as Digital PR.

This means I’ve worked directly in, and alongside, many of the roles we now recruit for. It gives us a genuine understanding of what GREAT looks like beyond keywords on a CV, and the ability to identify the skills, experience and qualities that make someone truly stand out and fit in.
