An independent luxury fashion brand in London is on the hunt for an experienced CRM Manager.

The role
They are looking for an experienced and proactive CRM Manager to join their established team in order to help further their impressive digital and brand growth.
As a specialist, the ideal candidate will plan and execute best-in-class customer experience, increase loyalty and drive additional revenue from their existing customer base.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of email marketing, from strategy and execution through to reporting on performance.
- Ownership of all customer facing communications, including post-purchase comms, SMS, inserts etc
- Devise and execute a strategy for on-brand automated campaigns, which is something they aren’t doing right now.
- Overseeing all ‘broadcast’ campaigns for their two brands (including campaign setup within Klaviyo)
- All strategy and work must be geared toward key KPIs and metrics, and you’ll constantly be reporting on progress.
- Build out a CRM plan of action that will feed into wider business objectives.
- Work closely with the eCommerce team to drive strategy to obtain more first party data to grow the database and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider eCommerce team to plan the roll out of a multi-brand loyalty / VIP program
- Report back on the value of their customers – helping the business to understand the Customer Lifetime Value, repeat purchase rates in different markets and other key customer traits and behaviours.
- Develop CRM report to be sent to SLT and relevant teams monthly
About you
- Three years of experience working at a dtc luxury ecommerce brand (ideally).
- Experience working with Klaviyo is desirable but not essential.
- Hands-on experience of building email campaigns essential.
- Experience or exposure to a loyalty program (knowledge of key workings).
- Good understanding of core digital marketing channels (paid channels, email, SEO).
- Good hands-on experience with analytics tools and drawing trends and insights.
Salary
Up to 55k plus perks.
Location
London. Will need to be in the office 3-4 times a week in the beginning.
