A luxury, high-end watch retailer is looking to strengthen their award-winning eCommerce team with a talented Digital Designer.
The right person will play an important role within the growing  DTC team, and Marketing and Brand teams.
The role is to constantly improve brand expression through better design; with an understanding of digital design best practice also possessing a range of offline design experience.

You’ll need experience with

  • Relevant industry experience with an e-commerce high end/luxury fashion brand or agency that has had similar clients
  • Experience in designing cutting-edge websites, interfaces and/or digital campaigns (including affiliate banners, site updates, emails, ad hoc design tasks)
  • An exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and highly considered visual executions − High attention to detail
  • Lead the design process from creative development to sign off for all digital design. Some offline support may be required on an adhoc basis

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • A self-starter, able to work at a fast pace and adapt to an ever-changing retail environment
  •  Have a passion for innovation and trying new ideas to improve sales opportunities
  • Understand and show passion for the Bremont brand and luxury sector as a whole
  • A positive and upbeat team player who can focus on the customer experience
  • Confident working with KPIs and with an analytical, problem-solving attitude

Key responsibilities

  • Effectively manage media requests in a timely manner
  • Arrange and organise press photoshoots
  • Manage watch samples and sample plan
  • Regularly review and develop the press database
  •  Update UK and International PR reports on a regular basis
  •  Identify key publications for brand positioning development
  •  Create press release materials (releases etc) and liaise with design team
  •  Regularly liaise with brand partners, working together and keeping them up to date on relevant media coverage
  • Issue internal communications to the company about product launches and brand news
  • Liaise regularly with external PR agencies to ensure they are up to date with product launches and brand news
  •  Manage the PR material translations
  • Media management for all company events
  •  Meet with and develop/maintain personal relationships with target media
  • Curate and manage suitable itineraries for press trips
  • Host UK and international media contacts for brand tours at Henley HQ and/or when visiting brand partners
  • Curating and implementing an effective ad schedule and keeping this up to date. Liaising with the design team to submit adverts to publications
  • Identify and engage with social influencers and bloggers, ensuring product reviews are booked in as new product hits stores
  • Work with brand ambassadors to deliver PR results and identify key content creation opportunities with them
  • Develop brand partnerships and look for suitable cross-marketing

£35-45k depending on experience
