A rapidly growing, Harrogate based home and lifestyle brand with 15 million customers worldwide, is looking for a talented Head of CRM/Senior CRM Manager, who is highly motivated and commercially driven.
They will build and expand on the current and growing success of a thriving ecommerce retail business experiencing
exceptional growth at the moment.
The ideal candidate will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven record of delivering results through strong CRM strategies that are derived from intricate and clever customer segmentation methods.
You will take full ownership of the CRM function of the business in order to leverage detailed datasets in order to target customers across Europe, and ultimately drive further business through the ecom function.
Requirements

  • Experience of working within a business that works with detailed customer databases
  • Strong experience with CRM and email marketing
  • Team management experience
  • Proven delivery of customer acquisition, reengagement and customer retention
  • You will have a record of successful CRM strategies that have proven to deliver ROI
  • You must be innovative. You will proactively introduce new ideas and initiatives to drive customer spend.
  •  A confident communicator. Working collaboratively across all commercial teams.
