A well known, award-winning independent performance marketing agency are launching an exciting new paid media department and they are on the hunt for somebody to launch, run and develop the entire offering – and if need be they can do it from anywhere in the UK!

With the assistance of their talented leadership team, you’ll develop all paid media strategies for clients, help to grow the department to the point of managing key members of new staff with the overall ambition of onboarding 5-6 new clients in 2021.

You’ll need experience with

  • Developing relationships with client stakeholders in order to communicate key paid media strategies that will help to meet their business goals
  • You’ll assess and identify the key challenges in regards to paid media for clients and develop solutions
  • You will create clear, concise and insightful documentation and deliverables for clients
  • You’ll. manage both client expectations and steer a team of execs to work towards the implementation of your strategies
  • Client retention and growth is key to this role
  • You will closely with the commercial team to prepare for, and to present at new business pitches

Other musts

  • 3+ years experience with running search, social and shopping focused campaigns
  • English speaking or strong English skills
  • You’ll be logical and creative in equal measures to develop award-winning strategies

Competitive based on experience
