An industry-renowned, ecommerce focused Paid search agency working with high-end fashion and lifestyle clients, is on the hunt for a talented Paid Search Account Director.

Key Responsibilities

Mainly managing Paid Search and Paid Social with the opportunity to also work across Display and Amazon advertising

Being fully accountable for the optimisation of accounts and reporting back performance to clients

Supporting new business and growth of agency (we are a team of fifteen but a relatively new business, forming in 2017)

Building relationships and working closely with partners such as Google and other various agencies

Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact

Planning and entertaining clients independently

Supporting sales and account development activity

You will be required to independently manage accounts and feedback around performance internally to our leadership team

Building reports and presentations to be shared with stakeholders

Ensuring that all biddable channels are delivering against their KPIs

Keeping up to date with trends and thought leadership in paid search, paid social and other biddable platforms

You will need to be a fast learner as we support a number of paid media channels and are very dynamic with our offering to serve our clients’ needs. You will be required to independently manage accounts and feed back around performance internally to our leadership team.

Skills & Experience

4+ years’ PPC and / or paid social experience

Proficient with excel – vlookups, pivots, sumifs etc

Strong with maths

Previous experience in a client-facing role managing PPC and / or Paid Social campaigns

Developing a long-term relationship with your client and identifying opportunities to grow the account

Finding innovative ways to improve processes and increase efficiency and productivity across the paid team

Work with the eCom team to understand CRM, internationalisation, payments and broader eCom principles

To manage all client communication – presentations, meetings, updates and calls and client outings

On-board new accounts and support the wider team with best practice, internal auditing and new tools etc
