She says, “I studied Spanish & Portuguese at university before starting my digital marketing career in the Brainlabs Academy in Jan 2022. Whilst there, I specialised in paid search and worked across a range of clients in the B2B, FMCG and retail sectors.”

A paid social course is also on the cards in the new year once the peak period is out of the way, so I am very much looking forward to developing here!”

She advises marketers to focus on what they can offer, aiming for roles where they can fulfil at least 60% of the requirements, leaving room for upskilling. She shares, “One of the most important take-aways from my time working with James is to look at a job description and highlight all of the things you can do, rather than those you cannot.”
