Senior SEO / GEO Consultant – independent, specialist agency in London

Overview

This is an exciting chance to be part of the senior team within a specialised, rapidly growing SEO and performance agency in London,

You’ll be a senior consultant within a progressive agency, owning search strategy for a range of ambitious B2B and B2C clients and helping define how SEO and GEO are delivered going forward.

It’s a hands-on, strategic role for someone who enjoys being the authority in the room.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own organic strategy across SEO and GEO for a portfolio of clients

• Translate complex search concepts into clear, actionable roadmaps

• Lead technical, content, and authority-driven strategies aligned with modern search behaviour

• Act as a senior point of escalation for clients and internal teams

• Support new business efforts through audits, pitches, and strategic input

• Collaborate closely with content, Digital PR, and performance teams to deliver joined-up strategies

• Help evolve internal thinking around AI-search, entity optimisation, and generative visibility

• Stay actively engaged with industry change and emerging best practice

What We’re Looking For

• Strong agency-side SEO background with experience owning strategy end-to-end

• Confident communicator with senior client-facing experience

• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and off-page fundamentals

• Clear interest or hands-on exposure to GEO and AI-driven search

• Comfortable mentoring others and raising the standard around you

• Curious, commercial, and pragmatic in your approach

£50k-£65k
